Did you know a little small talk can be all it takes to interrupt someone’s suicidal thoughts?

Samaritans have launched #SmallTalkSavesLives, a campaign developed with Network Rail, British Transport Police and the wider rail industry, to give people the confidence to act to help prevent suicide on the railways and beyond.

Pledge to talk to someone if they seem vulnerable, visit https://www.samaritans.org/media-cent….

Samaritans’ vision is that fewer people die by suicide.

Every six seconds, somebody contacts Samaritans for help, but you don’t have to be suicidal to call them.

Whatever you’re going through, call them FREE any time, from any phone on 116 123.
