Mental Health Awareness Week

Next week 16-22 May is Mental Health Awareness Week. 1 in 4 people are affected by a mental health condition in a year and mental ill health continues to be one of the highest reasons for sickness nationally.

The focus of this years campaign is around ‘Relationships’ and the important part they play in our lives and especially around our wellbeing.
